Going Gluten Free doesn’t help. Just saying.
In my humble opinion, due to watching a personal experience with somebody whohasto be on a GF diet (she’s gluten intolerant), it does not helpat all. I could care less what magazines or doctors have to say. My Mom a few years ago became gluten intolerant, and she has gained (a little) weight and her cholesterol is getting worse. Her diet has included (on and off) gluten free breads, crackers, etc. and it has been 100% no carbs or anything of the sort before. Other than that part of her diet, she eats pretty damn well. She’s has 0 weight loss, and no positive feedback from her body since she got her allergy.
So for those who believe it’ll help with weight loss, and you’re “going gluten free so you can look like ______”, I hope you know that you just look like an ass.
Sometimes you have to put somecommon sensein your brain when you’re reading the latest diet secret.
